Sama means balance. The Sama Reset is an invitation to give your body a gentle pause with warm, simply prepared meals built around easy-to-digest grains, lentils, and seasonal vegetables, seasoned with the soothing spices Ayurveda has trusted for centuries.
There is nothing to plan and nothing to cook. Your reset begins with a comforting Monday dinner and closes with a nourishing Friday lunch, so you can simply eat well, rest, and notice how you feel.

Policies, storage & reheating
Cancellation & refund policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations received by Sunday, October 25, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Because every meal is custom-prepared, cancellations after this deadline are nonrefundable.
If AYU is ever unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive a full refund.
Food storage & reheating
Keep meals refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below and enjoy them by the use-by date on the packaging.
Reheat thoroughly to 165°F (74°C), and reheat each meal only once.
